Enhance the bubble in the nylon solution:

 

The first: to improve the energy injection: pressure, speed, time and material, and improve the back pressure, so filling full.

The second: increase the material flow smoothly. Reduce the material temperature to reduce shrinkage, the appropriate increase in mold temperature, in particular the formation of vacuum bubble parts of the local mold temperature.

The third: the gate set in the thick part of the workpiece to improve the flow of nozzles, runners and gates to reduce pressure consumption.

Fourth: improve the exhaust of nylon mold.
